We’ve found that our first set of tutorials was an incredible tool for answering any questions you have about the Bear’s Blooms sign-up process. HOW TO ADD AN ADDRESS

In this tutorial we show you how to add another, or multiple, address(es) to your account. Say you want a bouquet at home AND at your office… well, now it’s possible with a few easy steps!

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR CREDIT CARD

Did you get a new credit card or would like to change your credit card on file? Follow along with this video to see how to easily add, or change, a new credit card in your account. 

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD

Feel like changing your password? It’s so easy to do and only takes a few simple steps! Watch as we walk you through the process.

HOW TO CHECK YOUR CREDIT BALANCE

Did you receive a Bear’s Blooms ‘Gift Code’ from a friend? Or a ‘Coupon Code’ from one of our markets? In this video, we show you how to check your account balance to see if there is any remaining credit.

HOW TO FIND YOUR REFER-A-FRIEND CODE

HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD

Did you forget your password? In this tutorial, we show you exactly how to reset your password with our emailed link. Don’t forget that this email can end up in your junk folder so check there along with your primary inbox for the link.

HOW TO SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT

Heading out of town for a few weeks? You are able to suspend your account to ensure that you won’t be charged or sent any flowers. Follow along to learn how to suspend your account.

HOW TO MANAGE YOUR DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We know that our flowers last for an incredibly long time, so we understand if you would prefer to have biweekly deliveries. In this tutorial, we show you have to manage the frequency of deliveries (weekly, biweekly, and monthly) and the number of boxes you receive.
